About Patty

Patty has been an animal lover her whole life, and volunteered with Protectors of Animals in East Hartford, but dreamed of taking a vacation to volunteer at a farm animal rescue. Then she found one practically in her back yard! She is the Social Media/Marketing Co-Chair and spends most weekends on the farm helping with whatever tasks have to be done and visiting with the animals afterward. She loves to spread the vegan message through baked goods. When not volunteering, she plays in the Glastonbury Ukulele Band and enjoys recipe testing for vegan cookbook authors. She shares her home with her cats; Jorge Posada, Sydney, and Sweetie. Patty is the proud sponsor of Drew the pig!
